We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Items must not show signs of wear or damage

How to Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely with all original materials
  5. Ship the return using the provided label or tracking method
  6. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Original item must meet return conditions listed above
  • Exchange item must be of equal or greater value
  • Subject to availability of requested size/color
  • We'll ship the exchange item once we receive the original
  • No additional shipping charges for UK exchanges

Fast Track Exchange: For quicker exchanges, you can order the new item immediately and return the original separately. Once we process your return, we'll refund the original purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-designed or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
  • Partial refunds may apply to items not in original condition
